How to Withdraw
To exercise your right to withdraw:

- Your name
- Order number
- Items you wish to withdraw
- Date of purchase and delivery
2. We will confirm your request and provide instructions on returning the items.
Conditions for Withdrawal
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Sale items are final saleand cannot be withdrawn, except in cases of production faults.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
- Items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
